Exercising

Keeping physically fit is a key component of staying healthy. Not only should we try to consume the most nutritious foods but we should exercise regularly.

I’m a member of 24 Hour Fitness, and I don’t go as often as I should. Shame on me! But I’m always on the lookout for useful things to help.

Enter the “Weight Training Workout Sheet.” This worksheet was created to help track progress in the gym. I would recommend taking this sheet each day you work out and then compile the totals at the end of the week/month to see how much work you’ve really done. It is incredibly motivating to look at what you’ve accomplished in the gym. That sort of positive energy is explosive and will carry with you to other activities and tasks.
